M S Benbow Named One of New Orleans’ Top Workplaces for Fourth Year
Companies Recognized Based Solely on Employee Survey of Workplace Culture
METAIRIE—Aug. 17, 2020—New Orleans engineering design and consulting firm M S Benbow & Associates (MSB) has been selected as one of New Orleans’ Top Workplaces by The Times-Picayune and The New Orleans Advocate. The awards benchmark outstanding employers in New Orleans committed to cultivating a great workplace as a foundation for success. Top Workplaces 2020 is the fourth time MSB has received the prestigious honor.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.

The annual fundraising drive supports the agency’s efforts mobilizing resources to provide for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our community and includes an employer match.
